Warranty Policy

Limited Plant Warranty Policy

YOU MUST HAVE RECEIPT AND ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN FOR ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Plant Return: You may return a healthy plant within 3 days of purchase for full credit as long as the plant is in the same condition as you purchased it.

Merchandise Return: You may return non-plant merchandise within thirty days of purchase for full refund at original purchase price.

Items must be unused and in its original packaging. Seasonal items are excluded.

Perished Plant Warranty: You must bring the perished plant, with root ball, to the garden center in order for us to determine the cause of the problem. We offer store credit only, for the original purchase price. If you choose a more expensive plant, you will be responsible for paying the difference.  We will replace the warranted plant one time only. Replacement plants are not under warranty.

Plants Covered Under Our Warranty Policy Include:

  • Trees and shrubs that are hardy for our zone within 12 months of purchase.
  • Perennials that are hardy for our zone within 6 months of purchase.

Plants That Are Excluded From Our Warranty Policy Are As Follows:

  • Plants that are damaged by improper installation, care, or neglect;
  • Damage caused by extreme conditions including freezing, hail, flooding, unusually cold winters, unusually hot summers, and other forces beyond our control;
  • Damage caused by physical injury such as from weed eaters, animals, or insects;
  • Any plants potted into above-ground containers.

  • Annuals
  • Tropicals
  • Vegetables and herbs
  • Hanging baskets
  • Marginally hardy plants
  • Rhododendron
  • Dwarf Alberta Spruces
  • Roses
